YES YOU CAN!
The simple fact that you are part of the human network gives you access to the world’s population. You will know about one thousand people in your lifetime and they will know a thousand people and that puts you, one person away from a million and two people away from a billion people in your network. This number just grows and grows with each person you affect and you reach the world’s population in this way. Now understand this figure refers to interpersonal relationships, we have not taken into account if you write a book, have a blog, tweet, or any other type of extended communication to the world’s population in general. So playing small does not serve you or the world. One person can make a difference.

Don’t stand by and wish for what you want, take action and do things to create the future you want. No one will create for you what only you can see in your mind, it will never be right for you.

You can’t hide from personal pain. You can’t sleep it off. You can’t run from it. You can’t wish it away. Nothing external will help you get rid of that pain. You must turn towards it and embrace it, know it is yours and you have power over it. Look at it, face it, examine it and within it find the key that unlocks its hold on you. See it for the power it no longer has and the perceived power you are giving it. When there is no separation from your God source nothing can defeat or confine you because nothing is stronger than that source.

Fierce Warrior
Take a moment to realize that you are still here in this moment, yes you are still alive and still moving forward. What does this mean? It means you have survived things that you thought would break you. The heartbreaks, losses, trauma, betrayals, and the setbacks. Yes, you did it, no one else but you. Never underestimate your warrior’s heart my friend.

Lessons
There are no lessons only examples. We are shown examples of things, situations, and outcomes. It is how we choose to engage in these examples that can make them a lesson rather than just and example. If we can reserve how we emotionally engage we can save the lesson.

Can I Get A Witness?
I have heard it and said it, “I just want someone there to witness my life.”
Sometimes we get lost in the idea that only one person can witness our life, that it has to be that one intimate partner that is to witness us being here in all our glory no matter how joyful or ugly it can be at times.
Look beyond that idea and consider that we share intimate parts of our life with friends and family. We have a community witnessing our life and as is the custom at the end of our life they all come together and share the person that they knew thus completing our wish of having our life witnessed in all its facets.
We are too grand and too interesting for one person to witness us, it takes a community.

Change
Change is never painful, only our resistance to change is painful. We are always evolving, even if our body is at rest we are regenerating at every moment our cells are replaced, we are energetic, we are electric. So to resist any kind of moment of change is when we cause a short circuit on every level, thus the perception that change is painful but in reality, it is staying in the same place that is painful.

This little light of mine
How powerful the light of one candle can be. With it, you can light a room full of candles and reveal what is within. Don’t curse your darkness, rather just light a candle and reveal that the shadows are false.

No Lessons
There are no lessons only examples. Examples are just examples with no energy until we place our own energy on them. It is how we choose to engage with them that will make them relevant or not relevant, either producing a lesson or just advancing awareness. Engage only enough to gain awareness but not to suffer. If you can keep a neutral emotion then you can see the example for what it is and then move on having saved the lesson but gaining awareness.
