To suggest this is to imply that someone can’t love what other perceive as your imperfections but that one person might see as the total traits that make you who they fall in love with. To suggest only a person who accepts everything about themselves first can then find love is unfair to that person because you have suggested a limit to that person’s happiness. The individual who comes into someone’s life might just be the person who helps that person heal or deal with those traits that have caused them trouble in their life. You know sometimes it takes the power of two to help you love all the things about you. Just look around and at yourself, how completely healed and in love are people or you but yet have a relationship?

Make sure your words are helpful and you are just not repeating the phrases and facebook quotes that you read before you understand the nature of the human journey. If you truly can’t be helpful without judgment then just don’t say anything.

It’s better to be silent and have people assume you’re a fool than to open your mouth and erase all doubt.

When people suffer abuse it robs them of their personal power. The abuse affects how they see themselves and how they see their body.

There is a shaming that happens both on an emotional level and a physical level. Internal work, the soul work, and understanding the process of the person abused can help to free a person of some of the issues associated with this abuse but if the body is not part of the process then no unity can be found in healing.

Internal work, the soul work, and understanding the process of the person abused can help to free a person of some of the issues associated with abuse.

The body has to be part of the process and the negative feelings attached to the human vehicle our soul travels in must be addressed.

If you don’t claim your body then your soul is lost inside. Understanding the power of your body and taking control of it once again brings unity to your healing.

healthy_feet We follow in our ancestor’s footsteps. They are not behind us or in the past, they are beside us as the example of the path we must follow.

Our ancestors learned the best way to live in unison with the universe and left this knowledge to us so that we did not struggle as they did, but to many times, the newer generations think they know better because things are different and technology has advanced. The basic function of how to be in balance with the universe and your surroundings does not change. The order of the universe is set by divine spirit to work in perfection if we follow the rules of nature.

So look to your ancestors for guidance and embrace the new only if it improves your balance with the universe. At some point, our ancestors leave this reality and they are not left behind nor are they gone at this point they walk beside us giving us guidance as we become the elders leaving the right footsteps for the next generation to follow.

Set your intention to pay attention to the trigger when it starts before your body reacts. Now that you are aware of the trigger started choose to step back and examine the trigger and learn to Heal or Deal with it calmly and normally. This can be accomplished easy or hard it depends on what you believe it will take.
