Forgive yourself for holding resentment, anger or unforgiveness towards anyone who has hurt you. It is human of you to feel this pain and to struggle to resolve the internal conflict. It is not ok to stay stuck in that pain, resentment or anger, you must move on from the power it has over you but you don’t need to forgive anyone but yourself for being human. If you can forgive that person then great but it is not the key, the key is forgiving yourself for not being able to or wanting to let go. It’s ok to just move on, but do move on.
