Just like the airplane safety trainings, you have to put on your oxygen mask before you can help someone else with theirs. If you don’t put yours on first, you might even pass out, and then neither of you have a mask on. ⠀

You cannot expect to take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself. ⠀
