How Do You Mend A Broken Heart?

There’s nothing wrong in having hope but get real, you can’t keep beating up your self-esteem, can you?

Bargaining
The ‘what if’s’ or ‘if only I could’ and ‘should of’s’ are a deadly trap. This is all one sided and going on in your head not in the real world. Get out of there fast or the loop will never end. You are bargaining with your soul, that is too high a price to pay.

Depression
This is the hardest part. This is when you lose faith, not love but faith in you and the world around you. Let it out and get out do things no matter what to get yourself moving and energized. Make a get over him/her playlist, an upbeat powerful one.

Pain
Feel it and examine it for what it is a natural process of the emptiness left when the disconnection happens. Let the pain drive you to your next step anger.

Anger
Anger is a great tool to push you through the process. Once you blame the other person then you blame yourself and then you take that fire and do something about your state of being. Speak your mind and have your say then let it go.

Acceptance
Moving on is not forgetting or hating, it is loving yourself more than the circumstances around you at the moment.
