How powerful the light of one candle can be. With it, you can light a room full of candles and reveal what is within. Don’t curse your darkness, rather just light a candle and reveal that the shadows are false.

There are no lessons only examples. Examples are just examples with no energy until we place our own energy on them. It is how we choose to engage with them that will make them relevant or not relevant, either producing a lesson or just advancing awareness. Engage only enough to gain awareness but not to suffer. Take time to reflect on all that you have accomplished and celebrate them. Don’t focus on things you didn’t finish or start in 2016, it wasn’t time. Make one firm resolution that will set you up for success. Resolve to love yourself. Happy New Year
