We tend to be conditioned to focus on the negative, feed off the unjust actions, gossip and post about the worlds’ deficiency. While you should be mindful of the wrong in the world it should not be the first thing you turn your attention to.⁠ ⁠ When you wake think of the good things in your life. Real friends, non-toxic family, pets, kids, partner, food, shelter.
