Everyone talks about their darkness or shadow self. Darkness is absence of light nothing more neither stronger or harder to deal with than enlightenment. It’s the power and attention we  that we give the darkness that makes things bigger than they are in reality. Todos hablan de su oscuridad o sombra propia. La oscuridad es ausencia de luz nada más ni más fuerte o más difícil tratar que la iluminación.
