Healing requires feeling. ⁠ ⁠ Even a cut or bruise hurts while it is healing then you forget that part of it or even the wound once it is healed. ⁠ ⁠ Yes some leave scares and you will remember how you got it but rarely do you go back through the trauma of getting it.⁠ ⁠ Most of the time we can not heal from a trauma because we are scared to relive the pain or incident.
