Every day is your day.

You can create whatever you desire but must train yourself to get out of your way.⁠ ⁠ Practice before you go to bed congratulating yourself for any accomplishments for that day. Don’t allow yourself to be negative before going to bed.⁠ ⁠ When you wake up take time to become fully awake, stretch in the bed, and as you do give thanks for another day, for your body, and for all blessings that will be manifested for you.⁠ ⁠ Set your intention on the day you wish to have, on the things you want to accomplish, or even just explore.⁠ ⁠ Now you are ready to start whatever healthy routine you do each morning and if you don’t have one then create one. You must make time for yourself and set an example. ⁠ ⁠ If it means getting up earlier that is a small price to pay for happiness.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠
